As the President of Cephas Alokan Digital Ministries (CADIM) and the Digital Ministry Academy (DIMAC), Cephas has been at the forefront of pioneering digital strategies for churches, ministries, and digital ministries. His work focuses on equipping these organizations with the tools and insights necessary to navigate the complexities of the digital age while fulfilling the unique mandates God has given them. Through CADIM and DIMAC, he has organized numerous strategy sessions, digital outreaches, workshops, conferences, and personal training programs, all aimed at empowering believers to take the Gospel to the ends of the earth through digital platforms.

In addition to his leadership roles, Cephas serves as a lecturer and member of the Faculty at the International School of Ministry (ISM), led by Apostle Femi Lazarus.
